The 3am questions

Your brain is doing night shifts too.

Newborn days run together. Small details decide what happens next, and they are the first things a tired mind lets go of.

  • When did baby last eat?
  • Was it the left side or the right?
  • How long has baby been awake?
  • Is this nap two or nap three?
  • Did anyone change the diaper after midnight?
  • Ivaluna keeps the answers, so you can keep your attention on the baby in your arms.

Everything in one calm place

Less tapping. More knowing.

One-tap timers

Start sleep, nursing, pumping and tummy-time timers in a single tap. Close the app and Ivaluna keeps time.

Home-screen widgets

See the last sleep, feed and diaper at a glance, and log a nap, bottle or diaper straight from the widget.

Ivaluna medium widget for Mila: a Sleep start button and Left and Right nursing buttons, with the last sleep 56 minutes ago and last nursing 38 minutes ago

Live Activities

Running timers stay on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, so you can check a nap without unlocking.

Next-nap windows

From two months, Ivaluna suggests when the next nap window may open, starting from age-typical wake windows and adjusting to your own logs.

Ask Lulu

A gentle assistant that explains patterns in your own logs and can start a timer for you. Educational, never medical advice.

Reports and growth

Day, week and trend views for sleep, feeds and diapers, plus growth logs. Export CSV or JSON for your pediatrician visit.

Caregiver sharing

Invite a partner, grandparent or nanny as a caregiver or viewer. Everyone sees who logged what, so handoffs stay clear.

Private by design

No ads, no cross-app tracking, no analytics SDKs, and we never sell your family's data. Export or delete it whenever you want.

How it works

Ready before the next feed.

  1. Add your baby

A name, a birthday and whether they arrived early. Ivaluna adjusts age-based guidance for you.

  2. Tap as life happens

Start a timer or log a feed, diaper or note in a tap, from the app, a widget or Siri.

  3. See the rhythm

Within a few days, reports and next-nap windows start to reflect your baby, not an average.

Off the app, on your phone

The answer is already on your Lock Screen.

Widgets, Live Activities and the Dynamic Island keep the next nap and the running timer in view, even mid-rock with one free hand.

Questions

Good to know

Something else on your mind? Write to us at [CONTACT EMAIL].

Is Ivaluna free?

Yes. Timers, logging, Live Activities, caregiver sharing, basic reports and export are free. Plus and Premium add predictions, widgets, full history, insights, Lulu and sleep plans.

How does the 14-day trial work?

New accounts start with 14 days of Premium automatically, with no card required. Ivaluna reminds you before it ends. Afterwards you are on Free unless you choose a plan, and nothing you logged is deleted.

Can my partner and our nanny use it too?

Yes. Invite people as a parent, caregiver or viewer. Everyone sees the same timeline, with who logged each entry. Each person signs in with their own account.

How are next-nap windows calculated?

They start from typical wake windows for your baby's adjusted age and gradually weight your own recent full days. They are an estimate to help you plan, not a rule, and they become available from two months.

Is Ivaluna medical advice?

No. Ivaluna is a tracking and educational tool, not a medical device. Lulu's replies can be wrong. For any health or safety concern, contact your pediatrician or local emergency services.

What happens to our data?

Your logs are used to run Ivaluna for your family. There are no ads, no cross-app tracking and no sale of data. You can export everything as CSV or JSON or delete your account at any time. Read the Privacy Policy for details.

Which devices are supported?

Ivaluna is built for iPhone. Widgets and Live Activities need a recent version of iOS that supports them.

Tonight, let Ivaluna hold the details.
